Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IndTHC (this website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

You represent that you are at least 21 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is older. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this site is lawful where you live and where you travel.

What This Site Is

IndTHC is an informational resource for Indiana residents who travel to bordering states where cannabis has been legalized for adult use. It provides a directory of licensed dispensaries, travel safety information, and legal reference material. IndTHC does not sell products, process orders, or provide services, and it is not affiliated with any dispensary or government agency.

Lawful Use Only

IndTHC is provided for informational purposes only. It does not encourage, instruct, or assist anyone in committing an unlawful act.

Cannabis remains illegal under federal law, and possession or transport into Indiana may violate Indiana law and the laws of the states you travel through. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws where you are, including the laws of Indiana and of any state you enter. You agree that you will not use this site to plan, facilitate, or conceal any illegal activity, and that the site, its operators, and its contributors are not responsible for your conduct.

Informational Purposes & No Reliance

Information on this site — including dispensary listings, hours, prices, camera locations, and enforcement summaries — is approximate, drawn from public and crowdsourced sources, and may be incomplete or out of date. It changes quickly without notice. You should not rely on this site as your sole source of information for any decision. Verify anything that matters to you directly before acting.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, medical, or safety advice. Laws vary by state and change frequently. For guidance about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney. See also our Know Your Rights overview.

No Warranty — “As Is”

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information will be accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators and contributors of IndTHC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site, any inaccuracy in the information provided, or any action you take based on information from this site. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators and contributors of IndTHC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of this site, (b) your violation of these Terms of Use, or (c) your violation of any applicable law.
